Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern access to websites, portals, and services operated by Klaslead Productions Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated in India (CIN U72900WB2020PTC241342). By browsing our site, creating an account, submitting a project brief, or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Services
Klaslead provides media and technology services including music production and distribution, video production, website development, social media management, recording studio hire, live events and DJ services, and Academy training. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are defined in a quotation, statement of work, invoice, or online order form. In case of conflict, the signed statement of work prevails over these general Terms.
Accounts and Portal Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials for app.klaslead.com and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorised use. We may suspend access for security reasons, non-payment, or breach of these Terms.
Client Materials and Approvals
You warrant that materials you supply (audio, video, logos, copy, personal data of third parties) do not infringe third-party rights and that you have all licences needed for us to use them. Project milestones may require written or portal-based approvals; delays in approval may shift delivery dates without liability to Klaslead.
Fees and Payment
Fees are as quoted in INR unless otherwise stated. Invoices are due as specified (typically advance deposit plus milestone or final balance). Late payments may incur interest and suspension of work. Taxes including GST are charged as applicable. Online payments are processed through third-party gateways; their terms also apply.
Intellectual Property
Unless a written agreement states otherwise, Klaslead retains ownership of pre-existing tools, templates, code libraries, and production know-how. Upon full payment, you receive a licence or assignment to final deliverables as described in the statement of work. Portfolio use: we may display non-confidential work in our portfolio and marketing unless you opt out in writing before delivery.
Acceptable Use
You may not use our services to create or distribute unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful content; attempt to breach security; reverse engineer portal software except as allowed by law; or resell services without authorisation. We may refuse or terminate projects that violate this clause.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Klaslead is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data. Our aggregate liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
