Purpose
This Fair Usage Policy ensures that Klaslead Productions Pvt. Ltd. resources — including client portal access, support channels, hosting where provided, Academy facilities, and studio equipment — remain reliable and available for all clients. By using our services you agree to use them reasonably and lawfully.
Portal and Support
Support tickets and phone lines are intended for genuine service issues, billing questions, and project coordination. Automated scraping, abusive messaging, or excessive ticket volume that degrades service for others may result in rate limiting or suspension. Shared hosting or bandwidth included with web packages is for normal business websites; sustained high-traffic or file-distribution use may require an upgraded plan.
Studio and Academy
Studio time is limited to the booked session. Overtime is billed at published rates when available. Academy students must treat equipment with care; wilful damage may incur repair charges. Recording and class slots may not be transferred commercially without approval.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use Klaslead services to host malware, spam, phishing, unlicensed copyrighted material, or illegal content; mine cryptocurrency on our infrastructure; attempt unauthorised access; or interfere with other clients' projects or data. Violations may lead to immediate suspension without refund for the affected period.
Enforcement
We monitor usage patterns to protect platform health. Where fair-use thresholds are exceeded, we will usually notify you and offer an upgrade path before restricting service, except in cases of security risk or illegal activity.
