Klaslead One is the client app of Klaslead Productions Pvt. Ltd. Every client — a business that hires us for social media, a company building its website with us, an artist releasing through DistriBeats or a student at Klaslead Academy — gets one login that shows exactly what Klaslead is doing for them, what needs their attention and what happens next. It replaces long WhatsApp threads, lost email attachments and “any update?” calls with a single, organised place for the whole relationship.
The home screen is built around action. The Action centre lists only what is waiting for you: posts to approve, an agreement to sign, a brand checklist item to send, a website stage to review or an invoice to pay. Below it, the request tracker shows every request moving from Received to In progress to Done, with your plan usage, your latest monthly results and the next things on your calendar beside it.
For social media clients, Klaslead One is where content is planned and approved. The content calendar shows every post, reel and story by date, festivals are marked so nothing important is missed, and you can add your own ideas on any day. When a design is ready, the notification shows it as a large image with an Approve button — one tap and it is approved, without opening the app. Monthly reports, your brand kit and every finished post live in the same place.
For website clients, the app shows the project stage by stage, from brief and content to design, build, review and launch, with approvals, revision rounds, source-code releases and domain and hosting renewals. Artists on DistriBeats Enterprise get a priority support desk with a reply-time promise. Academy students see their classes, attendance, notes, assignments and certificates. And everyone can pay by UPI, add extras, refer a business and talk to the team without leaving the app.

Klaslead One is the client app of Klaslead Productions. It brings approvals, requests, the content calendar, website projects, monthly reports, brand files, payments, agreements, priority support and Academy classes into one place, on Android and at app.klaslead.com.
How do I log in to Klaslead One?
Open app.klaslead.com (or the Klaslead One app on Android) and log in with the email and password the Klaslead team sent you when your project started. If you have forgotten your password, use “Forgot password” on the login page.
Is Klaslead One free?
Yes. Klaslead One is included for every Klaslead client and Academy student. There is no separate charge for the app.
Can I approve social media posts from my phone?
Yes. When a post is ready, Klaslead One sends a notification with the design as a large image and an Approve button. One tap approves it. You can also open the post to read the caption and ask for changes.
Can I add my own ideas to the content calendar?
Yes. Tap Add post or any empty day in the calendar, describe the post and add a reference photo. The team designs it and sends it back to you for approval. You can also move dates and edit captions of posts that are not yet published.
How do I pay a Klaslead invoice in the app?
Open Pay in Klaslead One. Each unpaid invoice shows a UPI QR code and a button that opens Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or your bank app with the amount filled in. After paying, enter the UPI reference so the team can confirm it quickly. Card and net banking are available from the invoice page.
Does Klaslead One work on iPhone?
Yes. Open app.klaslead.com in Safari, log in, then tap Share → Add to Home Screen. It opens full screen like an app and keeps you logged in.
Will I get notifications?
Yes. Turn them on once under Me → Notifications. You will be told when a post needs approval, a request is updated, a website stage is ready, an invoice is due, a report is published and before big festivals.
Is my data safe in Klaslead One?
Yes. Each person has their own login, connections are encrypted, files are private to your company and shared report links expire. You can ask Klaslead to see, correct or delete your data at any time.
