Respect for Copyright
Klaslead Productions Pvt. Ltd. respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects clients and users of our platforms to do the same. Although the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) is United States law, we voluntarily follow a similar notice-and-takedown process for alleged copyright infringement on content we host or distribute under our control.
Filing a Notice
If you believe material available through Klaslead infringes your copyright, send a written notice to info@klaslead.com including: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (3) identification of the material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it; (4) your contact information; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
Our Response
Upon receiving a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the material, notify the user who posted it, and in appropriate circumstances terminate repeat infringers' accounts. We may restore material if we receive a valid counter-notice and the complainant does not seek a court order within the applicable period.
Counter-Notice
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, email a counter-notice with your signature, identification of the material and its prior location, a good-faith statement that removal was a mistake or misidentification, consent to jurisdiction of appropriate courts, and your name and address.
Misrepresentation
Submitting a knowingly false infringement notice or counter-notice may expose you to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Please ensure your claim is accurate before contacting us.
