Refund Policy

Overview

Because creative production, studio bookings, and digital services involve reserved time and custom work, refunds are limited. This Refund Policy applies to purchases from Klaslead Productions Pvt. Ltd. unless a specific contract states otherwise.

Deposits and Custom Projects

Project deposits are non-refundable once creative or technical work has begun, including discovery calls that result in a paid kickoff. If we cancel a project before starting work for reasons solely within our control, we will refund prepaid amounts for undelivered work. Change-of-mind cancellations after kickoff are not eligible for refund; unused prepaid balances may be credited toward other Klaslead services at our discretion within six months.

Studio Bookings and Live Events

Studio session cancellations made at least 48 hours before the booked start time may be rescheduled once at no charge. Cancellations inside 48 hours or no-shows forfeit the session fee. Live event deposits are non-refundable within 14 days of the event date due to artist and crew commitments.

Academy Courses

Course fees are refundable in full if you cancel in writing at least 7 days before the batch start date. After that window, fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to a later batch once, subject to seat availability. No refunds are issued after the first class session.

Music Distribution and Digital Products

Distribution setup fees are non-refundable after a release has been submitted to stores. Subscription-style distribution renewals may be cancelled before the next billing cycle; prior periods are not prorated unless required by law.

How to Request

Email info@klaslead.com with your invoice number, payment reference, and reason. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
