For clients who are hosting their projects on our servers and are managed by us, we provide free lifetime limited technical support. This includes assistance with basic technical issues, such as backup and re-upload of websites or apps. However, for more complex technical issues, we may charge an additional fee.

If a client is not hosting their project on our servers or not managed by us, we may not be able to provide free technical support. In this case, the client may request paid technical support from our team.

We are available 24/7 to assist our clients with any technical issues they may encounter. Our customer support team is knowledgeable and experienced in providing solutions to any technical problems that may arise.
